Analysis of Improvement Effect of Common Earth Network in Signaling Room Applying Building Steel Structure

초록

The common earth network for a signaling room composed of control equipment with weak electric field should be configured to prevent external disturbance current from flowing as much as possible according to the given regulations. In the case of some signaling rooms, a common earth network has been constructed using an unconfirmed building steel structure instead of a given common earth network regulation due to the spatial environment for facility construction. In such cases, it was confirmed that earth current flowing in from the outside through the building steel structure affects the performance of the signaling room, which requires stable operation. This paper analyzed the actual improvement effect by using an improvement method of the common earth network suggested to solve this problem. The analysis reviewed the electrical characteristics of the related signaling room by measuring the earth current before and after improvement of the common earth network.
