토지이용 특성을 고려한 서울시 지하철 출입구 개선방안 연구

초록

The subway entrance is a major facility necessary for citizens to board the subway. However, there is a problem that subway entrances are uniformly applied without reflecting urban characteristics, and thus subway accessibility cannot be efficiently linked. This study analyzed the influencing factors affecting the number of subway entrances and width by reflecting the characteristics of the land, and used the transfer station, the number of subway users, and the waiting room area as independent variables. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the variable number of passengers had an effect in all districts, and in the residential district, the waiting room variable, business facilities had an effect the transfer station variable, and in the multiple district, the waiting room and transfer station variable. The subway entrance is a facility installed in the past, and it may be difficult to meet the demand behind the development of the station area. It is necessary to improve subway entrances and exits based on stations with increased number of passengers compared to the past or stations with fewer exits and fewer widths.
