3D 수치해석을 통한 운행중 철도구조물 직하부 선진도갱 기술의 안정성 검토
초록
In an excavation method, deformation must be strictly controlled, such as when operating a railway. This paper proposes using a pilot tunnel under the structure. Stability reviews were conducted by 3D numerical analysis. This technology involved excavating pilot tunnels under an existing structure and installing piles inside to support the structure. The vertical displacement of existing structures can be controlled using control devices such as hydraulic jacks at the pile head. The stability of the pilot tunnel excavation process must be secured during construction, and the pile specifications suitable for supporting the existing railway line must be determined. The cases of constructing a new railway line under an existing line were assumed. The width of the pilot tunnel was varied from 1 to 10 m to identify stability, and the pile specifications were reviewed through analyses using micro piles and large diameter piles. The analysis results showed that the stability of the existing structure can be secured under weathered rock conditions even when the width of the pilot tunnel is applied up to 10 m. In addition, large-diameter piles were more appropriate than micro piles considering displacement control at the pile head.
