도시부 철도 지하화사업의 효율적 추진방안 - 경인선 지하화사업 사례

초록

The objectives of this study is to provide the methodology for the railroad underground shifting in urban area and the effective process for the project fulfillment. Railroads operating on ground in urban area cause the community severance as well as environmental problems such as noise and vibration, then the adjacent area is neglected undeveloped. Recently, railroad underground shifting is issued, and the values of rail site can be included in the benefit officially, but the quantitative methodology has not been yet established, This study introduced a methodology to quantify the railroad side value. However, the site value under prevailing condition is limited, the expected value by the site development is desirable, and the desirable site value may improve the economic feasibility. In addition, the other tasks for underground shifting such as system improvements of administrative process, the revision of the related laws, and financial methods are also presented. The suggested methodology in this study may support the effective promotion of the railroad underground shifting project as the urban rehabilitation project.
