A Study on Management system for Reliability Analysis in Advanced EMU

Advanced emu consist of a 6-car production was completed. Advanced EMU has been performed to verify the reliability evaluation of efficiency safety and so on. Advanced EMU was producted for transport capability, maintainability, reliability, energy savings, convenience, and passengers. Advanced EMU is differentiated than the existing. For practical use, however, the operators require the efficiency of operational management and maintenance. In this paper, management of maintenance and failure history data is performed by PDM(Product Data management) for reliability analysis.
