수소연료전지 철도차량의 안전성 확보방안에 관한 연구

초록

KRRI (Korea Rai lway Research Institute) is developing the new technology applicable to hydrogen fuel cel 1 train as national R & D supported by KAIA from 2018. Fuel cell which do not emit any air pollution different from ICE(Internal Combustion Engine) generates the electricity by eletrochemical reactions between hydrogen and oxygen. But Hydrogen is the lightest and highly flammable gas that should be dealt with very careful attention below some ranges of concentrations. This paper has investigated the conventional regulations for hydrogen safety in the field of road vehicles which was commercialized already and driven by many peoples. We have searched the measures to secure the hydrogen safety for using in railway, especially train which is the mass and public transportation system unl ike road vehicles.
