볼트너트 체결체 풀림상태에 대한 스마트 검지 기술연구

초록

A lot of bolts and nuts are used to make connection between two objects in the industry. In order to make sure the connection status it is necessary to maintain the initial status without loosening between bolts and nuts. However, it is very difficult to maintain the initial connection status due to vibration, temperature, and environmental influence. The conventional method to detect the loosening status of the bolts and nuts is to use human eye. But it is not possible to detect and judge the loosening status of all bolts and nuts by human eye. In this paper we propose a new method to redeem the conventional detection method, which is called embedded smart sensing system that employs wireless communication and electrical and mechanical sensors.
