Drones used to inspect railway facilities can cause accidents due to reduced control performance when highspeed trains generate train-induced wind. Since train-induced winds occur only near trains when another train passes, there are many risks in conducting drone experiments in this field. Therefore, test equipment that can be used in experiments to control the performance of a drone by simulating train-induced wind was established. The maximum wind speed was 15m/ s, sufficient to generate crosswind and upwind, and the size of the drone's test area was 2.5 × 2.5m. As a result of the experiment, the design maximum wind speed was satisfied, and the flow velocity error was within 2% of the maximum. Through a flow velocity region test, it was confirmed that the cross-sectional flow was maintained most constantly at a distance of 4 m from the vent area, and the cross-sectional flow distribution was stable against both crosswinds and upwinds.
