초록

A parcel delivery invoice is a document that records all matters related to cargo transportation. It is a document that proves various unique information of parcel delivery and serves as the basis of the logistics information system. It is somewhat difficult to use for mutual compatibility and information linkage. Recently, as the delivery logistics service environment has evolved from simple door-to-door transport between senders and receivers to various forms involving various participants such as fulfillment, marketplace, joint transport, and international transport, the need for standardization for information linkage is rapidly increasing. Accordingly, in this paper, the standard information items that a standard parcel delivery service must have for mutual information linkage in the future parcel logistics environment by synthesizing the common data fields of the existing courier invoice and information system, and analyzing the roles of each participant in various service scenarios was intended to define. Compared with the existing standard research results, the characteristics of the standard information item (draft) of the standard courier invoice derived in this paper are as follows. First, the information of the sender and receiver was divided into the requested sender and the actual sender and receiver, so that it can be applied to service types such as 3PL (delivery agency). In addition, related fields are additionally defined so that consignment information can be managed when a return or consignment transportation between logistics companies occurs. Lastly, in consideration of the expansion to the international courier service, related fields were additionally defined to contain export duty payment information if necessary. These research results can be utilized for future standard delivery invoice management system development and information interlocking standard recommendations.
