철도차량 기후환경 시험의 국제규격에 따른 공인 인증방안 연구

초록

The importance of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning of rail car is increasing because one of the most frequently issued complaints from passengers is the thermal discomfort. For this reason, climatic testing of rail car is demanded in many countries, though it is not mandatory in Korea. However, because KRRI does not have the certificate of Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (KOLAS), the testing report on climatic testing of rail car was not reliable. In this study, our effort to get international accreditation certificate on climatic testing was described. The method of testing, the quality of testers, and the performance of the equipments was verified by an inspector assigned by KOLAS office. Based on the obtained results, we expect to get the international certification on climatic testing by 2013.
