초록

Vision based Railroad Platform Monitoring System is a new type of safeguard which detects possible accidents on railway platform, and immediately reports detection results with alarm to the operators. Moreover, it provides automatic functions, such as automatic train stop, information broadcasting. In this paper, we presented the system configuration, detection process and the evaluation results for the system detection performance.
