초록
In this study, a hexacopter-type drone that can withstand strong winds generated from railway trains was developed for unmanned automated inspection of railway facilities. This drone has a total weight of about 16 kg and a maximum flight speed of 10.7 m/s. In addition, based on 3D autonomous navigation, several drones can continuously inspect railway facilities and have been developed to operate in GPS shadow areas such as under bridges. In addition, to prevent drone accidents that may occur during operation of railroad vehicles, the wind resistance performance of the drones under railroad operating environment was evaluated. Wind resistance evaluation was performed for conditions of upwinds, upwind gusts, crosswinds and crosswind gusts generated during the operation of railroad vehicles. As a result of the test, the maximum displacement for an upward wind was found to be about 39 cm in the z direction at a wind speed of 8 m/s, the maximum displacement in a crosswind was 43 cm and 45 cm in the x and z directions, respectively, at a wind speed of 8 m/s. It was confirmed that the drone developed through this test satisfies the condition of maximum displacement of 50 cm under wind speed of 8 m/s, which were the performance requirements of this study.
