유압시스템에서의 진동제어를 위한 축압기의 특성 연구
Characteristic Investigation of Accumulator to Control Vibration on the Fluid Power System
초록
The vibrational behavior of fluid power systems is a very important aspect regarding lifetime of the components. This study addresses the design and use of an accumulator to provide the desired control of the vibration caused load condition. The hydraulic system analysis for the shock induced external load condition was developed using well known software, AMESim in order to predict operating characteristics for various design factors, likewise volume, precharged pressure. The analysis results show that the accumulator can be used to obtain the control of shock and the control level depends on the precharged pressure and volume.
